No, search engines can only index pages that appear on your website server, and because these pages are created by searches through your website they don’t actually exist in the eyes of search engine spiders.
If certain dynamic pages are created by repeated searches of the same terms and criteria, you can create links to these and place them within your site map, which will then lead to Google indexing them.
However, you shouldn’t do this for all dynamic pages on your website as Google don’t want to display the results of an on-site search engine in their own results.
